Why can't I use my Samsung SD5 as a wi-fi hotspot?

Can't use my Samsung SD5 as a wi-fi hotspot.

I've recently bought my S5 and have followed the instructions for using it as a wi-fi hotspot. I cannot find the wording "tethering and wi-fi hot spot" in the menu.

Any ideas?
