Why does my Internet history keep returning?

Internet history keeps returning

Hello everyone,

Recently I have found a problem with my phone regarding the internet history. Whenever I delete my internet history via settings>privacy>delete personal files (might be different because mine is in dutch). The history will be removed untill i close down internet and start it up again. The internet sites i have visited will be back again when I typ something in the adress bar.

I made sure I put off syncronizing via any account, even without wifi or any other internet network it still comes back. This means there is some kind internet history thing stored on my phone which keeps putting it all back. Can someone help me deleting it without automatically recovering when I restart my internet browser?

It may be via account or stored on an SD card if you're using one.

I have disabled syncing via every account I have, and I have no SD card. Thanks for your reply
