Well, recently T-Mobile have upgraded their Samsung Galaxy s5 to Android 5.1. I've been waiting for two weeks for any news about other upgrades to other Samsung Galaxy s5 but it doesn't.

If I upgrade my Galaxy S5 from spain to Android 5.1 T-Mobile it will works on my phone?

The Android 5.1.1 update is specifically for the Galaxy S5, carrier branded minority variant for T-Mobile (USA) network on model number, G900T. To determine your model, see #1.2 of 40 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

The chances are that as you are in Spain, you will be likely to have the G900F, international model.
