Why won't my Galaxy S5 send photos by text to my uncle in Switzerland?

my Galaxy s5 will not send photos by text to my uncle in Switzerland

I can receive photos but they won't send. tried turning off wifi and i restarted Phone is updated. Help!

Hello. If SMS Encoding is set to Automatic in the Message app Menu Settings, I would check the plan with your carrier and see if there are some restrictions.
Also compare the file size of pictures arriving with those you want to send, though I am not sure if they are resized automatically.
