I managed to accidently do a remote factory reset on my new(ish) Samsung S5.
When I got this new phone I did everything I thought to have things backed up on clouds or Google accounts, I had everything set to sync automatically and I even manually did it every now and then.
However when restoring data to the phone, not one bit of data was ever returned when I signed back in to accounts that I had thought I was linking with.
I've kind of sorted out my contacts again, but I used the S Planner to store a lot of dates, booking refs, etc. I'm all signed back in, but I've never found an option to restore and when I search around I haven't been able to find anything stored anywhere.
The only thing I hadn't done, was a Kies backup - if Kies is still used?
Help really appreciated, thanks in advance
