my galaxy s 5 will not come on is it dead or does it have water dmage

Try pressing and holding Power and Volume Up+Down for a minute or so....or just pressing Power for a minute or so. Make sure the phone is charged first.

Why would you imply that the phone has water damage when it simply won't turn on? Has it gone for a swim lately? If you haven't gotten it wet, it won't have water damage.
