Is there a way to check in settings as to which app is causing this message without having to uninstall one at a time, etc?

Is that a toast notification at the bottom of the screen, or a notification that appears in the notification panel? If the latter, long-press it and tap App Info.

Thank you for your reply.
It shows at the bottom of the screen. I will try to get a screenshot.
Not sure if there is an easy way to track it down such as a folder that shows download activity even if incomplete.
