Please recommend ways I can reinstall FW and ROM.

My Galaxy S5 SM-G900P (Sprint) was in a continuous bootloop. I tried (and failed) to root per a forum and now I've made matters worse. The current screen reads:

I do not have this phone so I can't directly help, but I can say I have had this happen to me with an HTC One M8 and it was not pleasant, was up until 2-3am getting help through the forums on restoring it. It can be done, its just a process.

Did you make a backup of the stock OS before you rooted and loaded the custom ROM?
