What's wrong with my phone???

Wasn't charging, so I tried turning off and then plugging it in.
Still wouldn't charge, so I tried a different outlet.
When I plugged it in this screen came on.
I haven't touched it since.

Anyone know what the heck it going on?

Hello and welcome to Android Central AlphaBEastDaddy!

You appear to have inadvertently booted into Download mode. Just press and hold the power switch until the screen goes off or pull the battery out and replace it and reboot.
