Can anyone tell me why i cant print with any Samsung mobile device?

Using android devices i can print from any mobile device except for all Samsung tablets and mobile devices. im using an S5 but cant get print to work.

Can you give a little bit more detail as to what's failing exactly? Which app/service are you using to print? Any WiFi-enabled printer in particular? Do you get an error?

I've printed through Google Cloud Print from a Note 4, a Note 5, and a Tab S without issues as long as the printer is online.

Hi,
I tried adding printer from addthis dot com and it does not seem to work.
I cannot select the print icon on Samsung mobile is this due to plugin?.

Not sure, I don't really know what AddThis is, but I don't see an 'add printer' option on their website. What I do is add the printer via Google Cloud Printing, and whenever I need to print something, I just select SHARE and pick the Print option.

I have an HP printer and I had to download the HP Printer Service Plugin to get both my as5 and Tab4 10.1 to work.

Tou kight have to look on the Play Store and see if they have one for your printer.
