Hi everyone! So my S5 broke the other day. Not sure exactly what is wrong with it, but the screen will not turn on or light up. The phone works. The notification LED still works, so I know that it is receiving.
But that isn't my issue. I am getting another phone in a few days and need to move the files from the broken phone. Since the screen won't illuminate, I cannot change my computer from recognizing it as a camera (which it is doing) to the MTP format.
Does anyone have any ideas? I have files on there that I need for work that weren't backed up recently.
