Can anyone tell me why i havnt had a monthly security update since oct 2015 on my u.k unlocked g900f?ive tried factory reset with no luck.thanks.

Is your phone rooted?

Have you recently flashed a firmware to your phone using Odin?

Hello ironass thanks for your reply.my firmware details are AP:g900fxxu1boj1 also CP:g900fxxu1boj1 and CSC:g900foxa1boj1.my phone has never been rooted or had a custom rom on it.if its any help samsung kies says its the latest firmware but im sure theres been 1 or maybe 2 updates since my last.

There are a number of firmwares covered by CSC code OXA so I'm going to need the Product code as well as described in #1.8 of my earlier link.

BTU = United Kingdom unbranded firmware. Your firmware, OJ1, is indeed the latest release for your CSC and Product code, which coincidently is the same as my own. Samsung have made about 200 firmware releases for this worldwide in the last 3 months. See, here. There is a higher changelist firmware that has been recently released for CSC code NEE for the Nordic Countries and Switzerland. See, here.
