Galaxy S5 freezing and becoming unresponsive constantly, any tricks I can use?

Galaxy s5 freezing and becoming unresponsive constantly

So this is now happening its been about a year that ive had the phone, its still running 4.1.1 touchwiz and is rooted with xposed installed.

I have had freezes randomly but not im having actual problems every 5 mins or so.

Sometimes the phone completely freezes and goes unresponsive inside of an app, sometimes on the homescreen i get a popup saying touchwiz home isnt responding...

Does anyone have any tricks i can use? Ive cleared the touchwiz data and cache and its still not fixed

I would try to install a stock rom
