Editing mp3 name info in default app

I've added a couple albums to my galaxy s5 that don't have their name info showing up. It shows up under "untitled" for artist and the songs are labeled as "01 song title, 02 song title" and so on. On my computer all the info is there and for 99% of my music this isn't a problem. I've tried downloading the app mp3dit to change the info, but all the info is correct in there as well. I've tried deleting the music and redownloading it, but had the same result. I keep my musoc on an sd card, but agsin only two albumd are like this. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
