Wifi Connected but No Internet?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and recently no wifi connections have been working for me. Whether it be a public wifi or my home wifi, every time I connect my phone says this wifi may not have internet. On my home wifi every device works except this phone. On public hotspots my iPad works but not this phone. The only way I have internet is by 4G data now. It connects to the wifi and shows perfect signal strength but it just won't use the internet I don't get it. Someone help because I can't download apps or watch videos because of my limited data plan. Pretty much no wifi works as it shows there's no internet wherever I connect. Thanks.

I've experienced this but it eventually fixed itself. Have you turned off or killed any services? I assume you already restarted the phone.
