I have a Galaxy S5. It will turn on and then will not do anything. How can I fix this?

I have a Galaxy s5. It will turn on and then will not do anything.

It will not respond to swiping and will not even let me turn off via the switch top right. I have removed and replaced the sim card, battery and Micro SD and it did not fix the problem.

Can you boot into Recovery?

Boot into Galaxy S5 recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Up, Home and Power keys at the same time. Release all three buttons when Samsung Galaxy S5 screen flickers and the main screen of Recovery mode appears.
