Hi, so I just attempted to update my t mobile Galaxy S5 (G900T) to the just released official marshmallow update using Samsung SmartSwitch, and now my phone won't boot past the t mobile logo. I have already tried the recommendations of clearing the cache and doing a factory reset with no affect. This phone is way out of warranty, so does anyone know of a way to recover or even have a link to the stock touchwiz 6.0 or even 5.1.1 flash-able roms? I don't want to install a custom ROM as I would lose the auto ISO detection functionality.

Download the stock firmware linked to in post #4 of T-Mobile galaxy S5 release date? and flash it to your phone by following the instructions and video contained in the links of #1.11 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

How long has it been on the T-Mobile logo? I know when my Sprint S5 got updated it seemed like it was on the Sprint logo forever then after a few minutes it finished updating.

At least 10 + minutes, it got extremely hot, so then I turned it off. I know because I was watching a 20 minute video as I was waiting on the update.

Mine waited at the tmobile logo for a while but then it went to optimizing apps and what not for a while.

When I did the update on mine, it did get quite hot and the update itself did take a while, if I recall, it was more than 10 minutes.
