Cant see videos from my s5

Hi
I am unable to see videos on my PC from my phone .. saw on here that i should change usb connection to MTP, which I did. On a PC that runs windows 7 i was able to see all photos and videos once this setting was changed. Now I am on my PC at home which runs windows 10 .. setting on phone is MTP and the PC will not recognise it at all .. when i change the setting back to PTP i can see photos only, no videos !!! anyone have any idea how to fix this ??

Welcome to Android Central! Where are the videos stored in the phone? Check your Windows Update as well and make sure everything is up to date. See if this thread rings any bells: http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-s7/682422-can-t-get-windows-10-connect-my-s7.html
