Samsung Galaxy S5 Duos overheats,how to test the hardware?

Hi,
my Samsung Galaxy S5 Duos is overheating!I have flashed and changed CM 12.1,then CM 12 and now the Mokee custom ROM,but the problem still persists!
Please tell me,how can I test the hardware if it is the cause for the overheating(or the software of course!)?
And what are the normal CPU and battery temperatures for my phone?
Please answer me as soon as you can
