doanloading pictures from galaxy s5 to windows 10 pc

The computer recognizes the phone but says there are no pictures to transfer. Always plugged into the usb and photos transferred before. recently went to windows ten and know it doesn't work

Welcome to Android Central! What Android version is the phone running? With Marshmallow, it now defaults to Charge Only when you plug in via USB. Swipe down the notification panel, tap the USB icon, and make sure it's set to MTP (or File Transfer).
