S5 Battery drain

I've had my T-Mobile S5 for over a year now and more recently I have been noticing the battery has been draining much faster than usual. It won't even get me through the whole day. Any recommendations for a new battery? I would love to go with the ZeroLemon battery case, but I'm really not crazy about the fact of them blocking the back speaker port.

Since the zerolemon is not appealing to you, perhaps look into the below option, its what I use for my note 4. Simply pop in fresh battery.
