WiFi not auto-connecting

Hi all - I have a Galaxy S5 that has stopped auto-connecting to known WiFi networks (occurring both at work and at home). I have tried to forget network and reconnect and still seem to be having the issue.

Any thoughts?

Did this start after a system update? Have you already tried wiping the cache partition? http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404
