Confession from Google Calendar user

Just discovered that the missing events on my Google Calendar where my fault. When I first started using Google Calendar, I used the My Calendar as a source of events. I now have more than two years worth of events that show as My Calendar with many duplicates because of my attempt to find the missing entries. How do I simply change the events that were placed in the calendar as my calendar to the Google account which contains all the other entries. I feel stupid, but confession is good for the soul. Trying to avoid having to manually change all those entries. Thanks
