Was I hacked? Samsung Phone Repair

Yesterday, I dropped my phone off at a Repair Shop to have the camera lens replaced. They requested 3 hours, which I thought was a lengthy wait. After receiving it back, I noticed the phone had been turned off, the time and date had been changed, , and Chrome was not allowing me online because of this fact. I did not leave the company with my password, albeit is a pretty simple one to guess. I have PII in my emails and am worried they were able to hack into my phone. Any advice is much appreciated!

I'm surprised that they didn't wipe all your storage and personal information first (before repairing it) - that's standard and the owner is warned before leaving the phone. I'd check the time and date settings and make sure they're on automatic, but I doubt that they hacked your phone. There were probably one or two they had to work on before yours.
