Before ( last android update probably) application manager had list of apps and tabs. You could click on sd card tab and see if box is checked or not. You could easily see what is on sd card and what can be transfered there.
Now you need to click on every app to see if you can even move it to sd , then click move to sd then go back and repeat for every app.
