checking device status notification samsung s5

[AC Question]

I noticed my s5 wasn't sending texts and then it wasn't making or receiving phone calls, so I did a factory reset. samsung had locked my phone, so i had to go thru that whole proccess and afetr doing so, it went thru the steps like everything was fine but has since been stuck on this checking device status notification, this is day #2 .
