My Galaxy S5 Phone is gray as if in ultra power saving mode, but UPSM isn't "on".

I had it in UPSM, the battery completely died and it went off. When I plugged it back in, it says "turning off UPSM" but then it stays gray. Can you give me steps to correct?

Welcome to Android Central! Try powering off first, and then charge it until the battery is 100%. Then power back on. Does the problem go away?
