Samsung Galaxy s6 worked fine Sunday August 30 2015 phone will not ring, can not dial out can't not get voice message. if I dial cell from home goes into voice message. can not get voice message,

Contact your phone service provider. This is a problem that they need to help you with.

Does the phone respond "Emergency Calls Only"? We had a new S6 Active that had a bad SIM connector or something from the factory. They had to replace the phone.

You might try to power down the phone, eject the SIM, lightly clean the SIM card contacts with an eraser, re-install the SIM, and power up the phone. If it works, it could be a bad SIM or connector, etc in the phone.
