S6 Active phone call quality sounds garbled at random times fix?

[AC Question]

Hey all, so a week or two ago a family member called me from their cell phone and quite honestly, it sounded like the tech gibberish speak the decepticons used in the transformers movies. I couldn't make anything out, but she could hear me clearly we hung up and i called her instead of her calling me and the same issue popped up. Then a few days later this happened again with her, and another caller a few days ago. So I know it's not another members phone it's most certainly mine, this even happened when I was wearing my blue tooth so I figure it must be a headset software issue not a hardware one. If anyone knows of a fix or if it's a known bug samsung is working on I'd greatly appreciate any info thanks!!

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried a different SIM card? It may not work, but worth a try.
