None of my friends are receiving my pic messages. Not even a blank or error text. I changed the photo size in my camera app so that they aren't huge files but still nothing. Anyone know what the issue could be?

Check your APN settings. If they are incorrect, you will not be able to send MMS messages.

Not sure about your device specifically, but generally speaking, Settings -> Wireless & networks -> More... -> Cellular networks -> APN.

Visit your carrier's website (or post your carrier's name here) to determine the correct APN configuration.

The first active 6 I bought somehow had the apn settings set up for Trac phone. It was weird and couldn't get it to work right. Ended up swapping it out for a replacement that has worked well since. But the way I first found out was mms not going through and data not working at times.
