I see a July update; however, that update is a little larger so it doesn't look to be the same one. As you mentioned it could be a security update or something along those lines. Can you check the build number and date and post it?

It was just updated today. Though, no information or changelog is provided. It does look like a security patch.

I just ran the update today. Hopefully, the security update will help with those periodic "You won an IPAD" bogus webpages that pop up while browsing the internet.
