How can I recover data from my Galaxy S6 Active?

I dropped my phone and now the screen is completely useless. Soft/hard reboots don't work. It has never been connected to a computer before so I've never had to change the "Allow USB file transfer" option, which means when I try connecting to a computer now, I can't see any files or folders in the phone. I've tried downloading some programs that promise to be able to pull data off the phone, but the model number for the s6 active isn't available. I want to be able to pull the data off so I can transfer it to my new phone. Please help!
