The apps on my Samsung Galaxy Edge 6 plus have gone haywire. What is going on?

The apps on my Samsung Galaxy edge 6 plus have gone haywire.

All the apps are huge, my home screen is totally different, missing most of what was on it and my wallpaper has disappeared. I have tried holding my finger on a blank space on the home screen and even tried it on others but nothing happens. Can you please, please help???
