Hi everyone! Quick question, I have a wireless charging pad (EP-PG920A) that I use to charge my S6 Edge + from AT&T. The charger works perfectly, no interruptions or anything like that. However, the LED indicator of the wireless pad never changes, it always remains plain blue.
When I connect the charger to the wireless pad, that pad blinks with the 3 different colors that is able to show: blue, cyan and green. However, when I charge the phone, even when it gets fully charged and the phone's LED turns green, the pad's LED never changes, it just blue all the time, it never even turns green when the phone is fully charged.
Does this happen to any of you? Any ideas of what could be the reason?
