Process system isn't responding

My phone started saying process system isn't responding. Do you want to close it? You can either hit yes or wait. The phone gets slow, stops doing what it is doing. The battery is now draining in 2 hours with me doing nothing. I uninstalled all the apps I installed in the past 2 weeks. I cleared the cache in all apps I use frequently use. I cleared the cache for everything. It won't stop. How can I fix this before I throw it through a wall?!?

Is all your firmware/software up to date?

In case you don't feel comfortable messing with your device, might try your carrier or:

Visit a Samsung kiosk at Best Buy, if you have one near you? Folks, that work there are a cut above your carriers customer service people in my opinion.
