Is go in and turn the Emergency Alerts off.

How to Disable Emergency Alerts on the Galaxy S6

Don't want to be woken up at 2-5:00 am in the morning with the sound going off and the alert 150 miles from me.

Those alerts scare the crap out of me. So glad I can turn them off.
