mostly finished getting stuff from old phone to my new Samsung S6 Edge

Loving it a lot, and hating it just a little. When I updated to my previous Android (Motorola Droid Turbo) it found most everything and installed it and was the easiest update ever for me. This new Samsung S6 Edge has been a bear even trying to use Verizon program for migrating, even trying the Migrate program in Samsung phone, too.. After finally figuring out how to get around doing things, now I seem to find the sound/music goes up/down on its own. Any lengthy sound, and for sure, music gets really low sounding, then pops back up again and goes up and down until I exit the program. I've even turned the phone off and back on and still the issue persists. This seems to happen when the phone is moved from portrait to landscape or back the other way. It happens using either Music program on the phone. Is this a known issue on these new Samsung S6 phones? Buckken
