Green circle gone, can't answer phone

Everything was working fine, then yesterday the phone rings but there is no green and red circles to answer the phone with. Try it again but still the same, there is no way to answer the phone. I did a hard reset and it worked the first call but not again. In the end I did a factory reset and it is working fine, just hope it's one off. anyone else experienced this
