Accidentally Rejecting Calls

When my phone rings in my pocket, the screen comes on and I often either accidentally hit the red reject button or the green answer button accidentally as I'm pulling it out. If you look at the buttons, they have arrows that to me would indicate that you answer or reject the call by swiping the red or green button the direction of the arrow. It doesn't work that way on my phone, if I simply touch one of the buttons, it simply answers or rejects. It is very sensitive. Is there any remedy for this? Is this how it is supposed to work?
Thanks in advance

If you are answering or rejecting calls with just one click, then you have the Single Tap Mode activated on the Accesibility Menu on Settings.

Bingo! Thanks so much! That was it. Don't remember ever messing with it, but apparently I did.
