Why won't my Galaxy S6 Edge ultra power saving turn off?

galaxy s6 edge ultra power saving wont turn off

my battery was on 5% so I turned on ultra power saving mode. my battery eventually died, then when I plugged my phone back into the charger it wont let me turn power saving off. my drop down list isn't available and a lot of my setting are missing. ive tried restarting the phone and fully rebooting but nothing works and I cant turn the bloody thing off. can someone please help

I'm experiencing the same thing too!

I placed it on ultra power save mode then i tried going to safe mode.
Now, i couldn't go to my power saving settings even if i turned off the safe mode.

Did you manage to fix this?

I know what the problem is - it asked me to select a launcher for some reason when it powered up, but I selected "TouchWiz" which is the "normal" one, instead of the ultra power saving mode one. Ultra power saving mode disables loads of bits of the normal launcher, including much of the settings menu, and the functions on the notifications dropdown.

What a stupid thing to be able to do!!
