S6 Edge switching keyboards no longer works properly
I just bought my S6 Edge 6 weeks ago. I am multilingual and am used to switching keyboards on the fly. The new phone was working fine. I'd drag the top down to Select Keyboard and switch there. Took 2 seconds. Now, when I drag the top down, the current keyboard does not go away (it used to), and so I cannot select a keyboard that is located near the bottom of the list. I have to go to Settings>Language and Keyboard... the loooong way. It is super annoying. I've gone back to the store where I bought the phone. They can't figure it out.
