Galaxy S 6 Edge - won't send multimedia messages

My Galaxy S 6 states "Unable to send message. Too many unsent multimedia messages". How do I fix this issue?

Hello, do you have an unlocked sy edge? Could be your apn settings.

When I attempt to send a multimedia message, I receive the message, "Unable to send message. Too many unsent multimedia messages"

It's a refurbished phone I got from TMobile.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using it on T-Mobile? Is your mobile data turned on? Were you having problems before this when sending MMS messages (i.e., messages with photos or videos attached)?
