USB Not Working So How Do I Backup Phone?

My usb fast charge and ability to back uo to pc is not working. Verizon store of no assistance except to offer an insurance replacement or new phone, perhaps try a factory reset.

I opted to try a reset but came home to find that I can no longer connect to my PC. Tried several different cables - can charge but nothing else. So what is this girl to do?

I think I want to upgrade and go back to a phone with a microSD card!

You could use Smart Switch Wi-Fi but that AFAIK means you can only restore to another Samsung. Id you think a phone with an SD card using adaptive storage is better, it's not.

Sorry but I have had numerous phones with SD cards and much prefer them.
