Battery Temperature Too Low, phone not charging?

A

AC Question

Hi there, I dropped my phone (Samsung S6 edge) in some water, tried the rice tactic and it didn't work. I sent it to get repaired and got the battery replaced, and because the charging port had gotten damaged, I decided to buy a wireless charger, however it still has the temperature warning and will not charge! I just want to know what is wrong with my phone as I have gotten the battery replaced, and am (attempting to) charge it wirelessly. Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! Water damage can be widespread and unpredictable. My guess is that some other component related to charging was damaged. It might be difficult (and expensive) to figure out all of the problems, since they might end up recommending that you replace the whole motherboard.
