Vision option, Unable recognize your face !

Hi guys
i use the Vision feature thats use your face in turnning in my my s6 edge and diable touching control and this make my phone do weird sounds and can't use touch it works only with face moves and the problem that it give me the message '' unable to recognize your face'' and when i shake my head or open my mouse it don't work
i gotta crazy what i have to do now please guys help me

I used Bixby to open settings, general management then reset. my screen wasn't working either. note 8. can't recognise face
