Samsung Galaxy S6 Can Best Buy do the same "Shared Upgrade" that AT&T Does?

Anyone know if best buy can do the shared upgrade the way AT&T does it online where all the cost and upgrade date transfer to the new phone?

I just tried doing a pre-order on AT&T through best buy's system. They ask you to connect to your account in order to do the pre-order. Through this they are able to do all the upgrades for you. This will be the route i take so i can take advantage of the wireless charger!

However i have to pay off the rest of my next program. They won't let you do that online so i have to do the pre-order in store.

Well i tried it through both systems and with AT&T it showed that eligibility was transferred to the other line so the other line would get the charge for the next plan and what not. I just want to make sure best buy could do the same thing.
