Samsung Galaxy S6 Sprint lease question

I have a question about the lease deal. Since sprint changed my upgrade date from May to September, and my M7 is in pretty bad shape, I was looking to take advantage of the s6 offer.

Sprint says I'm eligible for a lease, but when I tried to upgrade it said my monthly charge would just be $25. If I go thorough with that would they go ahead and change me to that $80 plan or am I paying an extra $25 on top of my current bill?

Re: Sprint lease question

I would think it would be $25 on top of the bill. I would call to be sure ...

Also understand the "lease" really is a lease .. You will have to keep paying $25 for however long you have the phone and then give it back. Their pay then buy is "Easy Pay" not lease. Just FYI :).

Re: Sprint lease question

I'll probably go in store closer to release. Their pre-order page says that after a year of lease payments I can trade the phone in for an upgrade which is enticing. Just worried the $20 credit would only be for new customers seeing as how Sprint likes to give the shaft to existing customers.

Thank you for the reply!
