S6 Samsung Warranty Product Registration, anyone been sucessful?

Hi all,

I'm trying to register my product (Galaxy S6), for warranty purposes, through the Samsung Australia site.

When I enter my model number (SM-G9201) it prompts you to verify the number in a pop-up search box, however it does not find that model number at all. I tried hitting the submit button anyway, but an error message appears saying 'Check Model Number!'.

Anyone else had this problem, or hopefully found a solution?

Hi Cyni... try searching for SM-920I you should be able to see the options starting with SM-G920I.
It seems you are using 1 instead of I.

Though now, it tells me I have an invalid serial number... :-\

Great. I think you might have entered a different serial number.
Do you see if there is any S/N number starting with R?
