smart mananger issuse

in the smart manager app if you click on the security tab.
it says scan needed. when i look in there i dont see anything i can click for a scan.
am i doing something wrong or do i have to have knox installed?
us cellular s6

I have the same problem. I have tried installing Knox and it didn't make a difference. I even chatted with samsung and they couldn't figure it out. They wanted me to do a factory reset and I declined cuz I wasn't losing all my apps, songs, pictures, contacts etc.....

Do you have a Samsung account? If you don't, That might be why. If you do, then it's possible that your carrier didn't allow that option. Us sprint users don't even have it installed nor can we install it from samsung apps. We have to user a third party app.

If other sprint users have it, then why am i the unfortunate one that doesn't? Kinda confused. Lol!!
