Why won't my Samsung S6 connect to AT&T wifi?

My Samsung S6 will not connect to AT&T wifi.

I've exhausted all possibilities with US Cellular store and customer service. I have even returned the phone and still nothing.I can connect to other WiFi providers and even see my neighbors appear on the phone still nothing. I tried doing the Android update and now it will not even find my at&t connection. I put it in manually and still nothing. I have tried just about everything in these forums and nothing seems to work.

I'd bring it back again. The phone is under warranty, so it's up to USC to give you one that works. (Samsung ends up eating all the returned ones, so maybe if enough get returned they'll start actually checking them before shipping them.)

The store told me the next step is to get a different phone. i.e. i-phone. My phone connects in the store so they don't think it's the phone.
